Vahid Saadat is a serial medical device entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience developing medical devices. Vahid has founded or cofounded 5 medical device startups. Currently Vahid serves as the CEO of Arrinex, Inc., which was launched in 2014. Arrinex is pioneering a procedure to provide long-term relief to chronic rhinitis sufferers through an office procedure. Prior to Arrinex, Vahid started an electrophysiology company named Voyage Medical Inc. Voyage Medical, developed the first direct endocardial visualization system called IRIS™. This device has been used to clearly visualize cardiac structures such as valves and blood vessels in a beating heart while patient is under sedation. Prior to Voyage Medical, Vahid co-founded Baxano, a spinal stenosis treatment company which later merged with Trans1. Prior to Baxano, Vahid co-founded USGI medical. USGI Medical specializes in the development of technologies to enable Incisionless Surgery. Prior to USGI, Vahid founded AngioTrax, an interventional cardiology company addressing end stage cardiac patients in 1997. Prior to AngioTrax Vahid spent several years on executive leadership positions of different medtech companies. Vahid holds a BS degree in electrical engineering and a MS degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

As an entrepreneur for most of her career, Mojgan has many years of hands-on start up experience. Mojgan has been a partner at Nidus Medical, LLC, a medical device incubator and angel investment entity, and she has led the launch of Nidus Medical spinoff companies. She is currently serving as the president of Arrinex, Inc., the most recent spinoff from the incubator. Arrinex Inc. was launched in 2014 and is dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients with rhinological conditions. The company's initial focus is to change the treatment paradigm for patients with chronic rhinitis, and now Arrinex markets the first and only medical device treatment for chronic rhinitis with clinically proven, long lasting improvements in runny nose and congestion. Prior to Arrinex, Mojgan co-founded the eHealth company CongniTX, utilizing HUDs to help individuals with cognitive disorders. Prior to CogniTX, Mojgan led the launch of a company called Seris Medical, a China-based company developing a device for passive drainage of ascites fluid in patients with late stage liver disease. Mojgan holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Computer Science.

Ben has 16 years of medical device experience focused in sales leadership, commercial execution and global development. Prior to Arrinex, Ben spent 10 years with Access Closure, acquired by Cardinal Health in 2014.  During his tenure, Ben’s responsibilities included Vice President of Sales, Director of International Sales, Corporate Accounts, and various sales management and training roles. Prior to Access Closure Ben was a top performer for Cordis and spent time consulting for Accenture. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Miami University.

Jason has over 15 years of experience developing medical devices and therapies primarily focusing in the ENT, cardiovascular, and vascular industries. Prior to Arrinex, Jason was the Chief Development Officer at SinuSys developing an osmotic sinus dilation technology. Prior to SinuSys, Jason was the principal engineer at Nellix Endovascular (acquired by Endologix) developing a novel technology to treat abdominal aortic aneurysms. Prior to Nellix, Jason held multiple roles in research & development at Guidant Corp. (acquired by Abbott) and AcelRx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Jason has co-authored over 30 Patents and Patent Applications in the laser and medical device fields. Jason is a graduate of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and has received certifications from Stanford University.

Tracey has over 20 years experience in the medical device field with the last 14 years focused on innovations in cryotherapy. Prior to Arrinex, Tracey spent 10 years at Myoscience, a cryotherapy company specializing in pain management, leading various functions in Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Clinical Trials and Operations. Previous to this, Tracey held leadership roles at Circle Medical (CIRTEC), CryoVascular (Boston Scientific), and Natus Medical after starting her career at Stryker Endoscopy. Tracey earned her BS in Mechanical Engineering at California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo and her MBA from UC Berkeley.

Jacque has more than 30 years of experience in the start-up Medical Device and Pharmaceutical environments. Most recently, Jacque was the Vice President, Operations at Pivot Medical, a hip arthroscopy company that was acquired by Stryker. Jacque has also held leadership positions at Advanced Cardiovascular Systems, Endovascular Technologies, Guidant, Ventrica, Argonaut Technologies and Durect Corporation. Jacque has consistently built successful operations organizations from product concept through commercial scale up and acquisition. Jacque's expertise includes procurement, supply chain management, contract manufacturing, on- site device manufacturing, distribution/ logistics, ERP, facilities and organizational development. Jacque earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at La Salle University.
